TERMS & CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
The First Time Teaser Unlimited (valid for 28 days) is available exclusively to new clients and may only be purchased once per person. This offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and activates from the date of your first class booking.
Any attempt to purchase or use the First Time Teaser more than once will result in immediate suspension of the membership, and the client will be charged for any additional classes attended.
WEEKLY MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships operate on a 7-day automatic payment schedule via the credit card stored in our secure booking system, Momence. Membership payments will continue unless Baeside Hot receives a written request for termination (see Membership Termination below).
Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled in writing. Baeside Hot reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, with a minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice provided prior to any price increase.
Memberships are valid at all Baeside Hot locations.
CANCELLATIONS, LATE CANCELS & NO-SHOWS
Unlimited Memberships are subject to the following policies:
Early Cancel (no fee):
Cancel 7 hours or more before class start time.
Late Cancel ($10):
Cancel within 7 hours of class start time.
A cancellation made within 30 minutes of class start time is considered a No-Show.
No-Show ($15):
Failure to cancel and attend the class.
Late cancellation and no-show policies apply to all bookings, including classes added from the waitlist.
Clients using casual passes or class packs will forfeit one class for each Late Cancel or No-Show.
All fees are processed at the end of the week.
FAILED PAYMENTS
Failed payments will incur a $10 fee per day for each day the payment fails to process. This fee will be added to your Momence account and processed with the next successful payment.
On the third day of failed payment, all upcoming bookings will be cancelled and the membership placed on hold. Outstanding balances must be settled within 7 days, or the membership will be terminated.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
A minimum of 1 week’s written notice is required to suspend a membership. This allows billing schedules to be adjusted accordingly.

In cases of long-term or permanent injury or illness that prevents participation, immediate termination may be approved upon receipt of written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner. Termination will take effect from the date the documentation is received.
Baeside Hot reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice in cases of inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behaviour occurring on the premises or directed toward staff or other clients.
WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, clients may choose to join the waitlist. By joining a waitlist, you acknowledge that you are ready and available to attend should a spot become available.
If a space opens, you will be automatically added to the class. This may occur at any time, including late at night or close to class start time. Once added, the booking is treated the same as a standard class booking.
All late cancellation and no-show policies apply to waitlist bookings. If you are added from the waitlist and cancel outside the free cancellation window, a late cancellation fee will apply. If you do not attend, a no-show fee will apply.
If you are unsure you can attend at short notice, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to being added to the class.
AGREEMENT
By booking a class or purchasing a membership with Baeside Hot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
