We understand that plans can change, so all cancellations must be made via our online booking system. Cancellations made 9 hours or more before class incur no fee and your session is not forfeited. Cancellations within 9 hours of class start time are considered a Late Cancel and will forfeit the session plus incur a $10 fee. If you do not cancel and do not attend, this is considered a No-Show and will forfeit the session plus incur a $15 fee. This policy also applies to classes you are added into from the waitlist. Casual passes and class packs will lose one class for each Late Cancel or No-Show. Fees are processed at the end of the week, and by booking online you agree to this policy.

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.
Joining a waitlist means you are ready and available to attend if a spot becomes available. You may be automatically added to the class at any time, including late at night or close to class start time.
Once you are moved from the waitlist into the class, it is treated like a normal booking.
Late cancellation and no-show policies apply. If you’re unsure you can attend at short notice, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist ahead of time to avoid any charges.
